How to get the Hinge Signals badge
Meet every baseline requirement, then demonstrate a combination of at least three of the five thoughtful-participation criteria described by Hinge.
Step 1: meet the baseline
- Complete your profile with clear photos and prompt answers
- Keep your account in good standing
- Use Hinge for at least one week
- Complete and maintain Selfie Verification
Step 2: participate thoughtfully
Hinge evaluates patterns such as looking before liking, adding comments to Likes, reviewing incoming Likes, following up with matches and confirming dates when relevant. There is no need to force activity or message people you are not interested in.
Step 3: allow the status to refresh
Signals refreshes daily rather than instantly. If you believe you qualify, wait a full day before assuming something is wrong.
You cannot purchase the badge. A paid subscription may provide filtering features, but it does not improve badge eligibility.
