Usually because a baseline requirement is no longer met, recent participation no longer qualifies, or the daily status has not refreshed yet.
Check Selfie Verification first
If Selfie Verification lapses—sometimes after profile-photo changes—the Signals badge can disappear as well. Review the verification status visible in your account.
Review recent participation
Signals reflects recent patterns rather than lifetime behavior. If your use has changed during the evaluation window, eligibility can become inactive even if you previously earned the badge.
Allow time for the daily refresh
The feature is not updated in real time. Wait a complete day after satisfying the criteria before contacting support.
