Why did my Hinge Signals badge disappear or stop updating?
Usually because a baseline requirement is no longer met, recent 30-day participation no longer qualifies, or the daily status has not refreshed yet.

Start with access and baseline requirements
Signals is still in testing, so your account may not have access. If you do have the Signals hub, confirm your profile is complete, in good standing, more than one week old, and currently Selfie Verified.

If Selfie Verification lapses—sometimes after profile-photo changes—the Signals badge can disappear as well. Review the verification status visible in your account.
Why Hinge Signals may not be updating
Signals is based on activity over the last 30 days and refreshes daily, not in real time. If you recently changed your behavior or restored a missing requirement, allow at least one complete day for the status to update.
Review recent participation
Signals reflects recent patterns rather than lifetime behavior. If your use has changed during the evaluation window, eligibility can become inactive even if you previously earned the badge.
No badge does not always mean something is wrong
If you are checking another dater’s profile, they may not have access to Signals yet or their recent activity may not currently meet the criteria. The absence of a badge is not a judgment about their intentions or value.

- Confirm the profile is complete
- Check Selfie Verification
- Confirm the account is in good standing
- Review participation during the last 30 days
- Wait at least one full day for the next refresh
- Contact Hinge Support if the issue continues
